• Communication-skills in active listening, respect, statements that empower, and how to practice love.

• Control-responsibility, accountability, and consequences.

Participants will be required to accept:

• Coping mechanisms-understanding passive, aggressive and violent anger; assertive communication creates respectful relationships.

• Control-responsibility for personal actions; accountability for offenses to others, and to the community.

• Communication- words have power; the way we engage in discourse, determines outcomes; establishing effective boundaries and positively posturing our hearts, creates harmony.

• Change- we have the power to live our full potential; regardless of brokenness, issues, or problems, we can recover and succeed.
